1 things that i learn from this pigs! not just tt they are good friends but... they taught me a lesson. If you really want to do something good, dont settle for the low class and average. But go for the best.

I am going to apply it into my life! Family, Family, Ministry, Relation and LoveAbound. These are the 5 pillars in my life.

Being quite awhile since i last post. 1 word to summary it "BUSY" AC 2010, 21st Bday, launching of LAB and etc...

Finally find some time to seat down and blog, but promise i'm not going to write long.

Came across this posting on dog having a make over. i was pretty shock when i see how my lovely friend become some one that i dont even recognize.

Down in the street busy street of Orchard Road.
Man A: "Hey what are you looking at?"
Man B: "Why cannot look har?"
Man A: "!@#$% u look again..."
Man B: "I dont just look I take photo"
Man A: Woopz...
Man A just finish watching IPMAN 2, learned some of the Yong Chu Quan.
Man B took some YCQ from Man A and return him with some IRON Fist.
"Take this and take that!"
Not long after, a fight broke off in the middle of the busy street call Orchard Road.
People stood there and watch, as if they are watching the "Return of IPMAN and IRON MAN".
Some of the crowd were busy shooting photo, some don't even bother.

Who win?
Both IPMAN and IRON MAN were being brought back to the police station. And appeared in the STREET DIAM newspaper's cover page, "TOO MUCH TIME AND TOO MUCH MOVIE"

Much controversy had fill the air in Singapore....

1st the World Cup and now the church. This only tell us 1 things. The 5 days work doesnt seem to help people cause they got too much time in doing all this.

I know the world cup subscription fee is abit too high, but did both the telco force you to sign up with them? No right.
Then just stay quiet like what the crowd in the story are. Be smart lar... I heard from my friends, they decide to go coffeeshop to watch it together with
the Ah Pek. Those who are much well off, bought mini Satellite to receive the live broadcast.

And now, just after my birthday.... "Probe involving City Harvest"... why?
Because investigations arose from complaints made to the Commissioner of Charities (COC) on the misuse of church funds.

Who say most Singaporean are not highly educated? Most of us here have at least a degree in complaining. Hhahahhaa...

I am here not to argue who right who is wrong. So what if something really happen in the church? So what if nothing really happen in the church?

For me... I still love the Giver of the Word.

I have being a church go-er for 8 long years, attend countless of meeting, bible studies and even attended bible school. Indeed, the man of God is really a very powerful person.

But who do you look toward? The Man or the word behind the man? Honestly, even if a donkey preached, i will still follow it, cause it’s not the man i am after for, but it’s His word.

To end off... I really tx that person tt brought me to church. Thou that person hurt me most but that person saved my life. I am where I am right now, not because i follow tt donkey, but because i follow the word behind the donkey.

I’m not a frequent passenger of taxis in Singapore, even before or after the price hike. But when I do, I never really bothered with the peak or off-peaks, ERPs or whatever surcharges. But this morning while traveling in one, I realise it might be useful to put up some guides on the variable surcharges to our readers, especially when the lunar new year is just around the corner and everyone is busy shopping or sending gifts or foodstuffs. So here we go!

Unveiling the WHY Power

Have you ever thought of this.... WHY is there so many many why? I was on my way to work and guess what i heard.

"Why so many people?", "Why today must work?", "Why Man Utd lost the title?" The world is filled with WHY....
There was a song composed.. "Why, why tell me why..." super dupe OLD liao... These 3 letters look harmless and you cant form any more word out of these letters. But today I am going to unveal to you the hidden power behind this 3 letters

Look at the daily life of Monga Character... Wenkai.

One early morning, Wenkai was super hungry. So he decided to go get himself quickly wash up and head down to 85 market for his favourite Ba Chor Mee (BCM). On his way to 85 market, he saw district helper Ah Soon.

"Come Ah Soon, let go to 85 for Ba Chor Mee."

"Ok lor..." said Ah Soon.

Wenkai and Ah Soon both order a $10 bowls of soup Ba Chor Mee.

just incase some mountain turtle dont really know what is Ba Chor Mee, Wenkai's bowl is 10x the size of that.

In just 10mins Wenkai managed to finish his BCM (nearly broke world record for faster eating of BCM).

Whereas poor Ah Soon still struggling with his bowl of BCM.

"Ah Soon, not nice meh the BCM? Why you eat until so de slow?"

"No lar... Just now i had my breakfast liao and i am going on a halal diet."

So friends... What is the moral of the story? Never eat BCM in the morning? Never eat soup base BCM when you are not hungry? Never order $10 bowl of BCM?

Actually in this story, most of us are like Ah Soon. Do not know why are we going down to 85 market for breakfast even when we had our breakfast. Why are we eating BCM even we dont like to eat pork. What was the consequence... you cant finish your BCM.

On the other hand, Wenkai found a purpose for eating BCM, cause he was hungry. That causes him to crave for BCM which brought him to 85 market.

Friends in life... we need to find our WHY so that we have motivation to carry on, just like Wenkai but most of as choose to be Ah Soon. Yes we may enjoy the same nice BCM, but we wont find the same joy and strength like what Wenkai experience.

So today I am leaving with you this question.

Anyway... this few days being pondering how can i survive all alone in the 'desert' where i am so use to the city lifestyle. Search wikihow.com

here are some means to survive on a desert island:

1. KILL YOURSELF. (2/5 popcorn)

2. Find a plastic bag and a tree (2/5 popcorn)
Put the plastic bag on your head... and aim at the tree. Chiong toward it. With your head, head on to the tree. (the plastic bag is used to reduce the pain of the impact)

3. Find a big tree and a big plastic bag (3/5 popcorn)
Uses the water given off by trees to hydrate you.... Place the bag over a section of the tree and tie it shut as tight as you can. Wait overnight, and you should have some water in your bag.

4. Start a fire (3/5 popcorn)
There are many ways to create fire. One of the best known methods is the bow method. for this, you will need...
a) bendable stick (living)
b) tinder (coconut rusk, wood shavings, etc.)
c) vine, or live grass (for the bow's string)
d) rock or piece of wood with hole in it.
e) another piece of wood with hole in it.

Finally the last method... which i like it the most... i give it 5/5 popcorn.

Wow this morning while walking down the route back to office, normally i would take Harper Rd but this time round i took Christ Rd, i saw a very unique Sign that read "Your Turning Point".

I gave a big WOW... and walk past it. Suddenly flash back started to appear infront of me as if i am walking back time. i saw myself when i was 16 yrs old, entering into club, having great fun and disturbing ppl. i saw all my ex gf. i saw me taking olevel. Then i saw me entering a place fun of joy and peace. Some ppl were lifting their hands and some were weeping. Its the "CHURCH".

Looking back I am now a 8yrs old christian. TT very old.... hahaha recapping my memories, the 1st time i pray, the 1st time i spoke in _ongue, the 1st time i gave my tithe, the 1st time i bought my bible which incidently is still with me, the 1st time i told part in the A&B. Wow so many 1st time in this wonderful place call "CHURCH".

Looking back at those 1st time, i felt that i really achieved lots of things. My character took a great change. i learn to treasure my life and ppl ard me more. As i walk past the sign, i start to think, have i stop achieving? Is it just that for me? I look at myself for the past 3yrs, what had i achieved.... good family, good gf, good frds... tt is it!

That lovable little pig with the low IQ, McDull returns in the long-awaited McDull Kung Fu Ding Ding Dong. Formerly known as McDull Wudang among other names, this long-in-production sequel supplies the same stuff that the previous animated McDull movies did – a love of Hong Kong culture, abundant local satire, identifiable emotions, and simply the resigned feeling that it's okay to live an average life. That last message sounds like a total downer, and in some ways the previous McDull movies were. However, both My Life as McDull and McDull, Prince de la Bun gave that message a strange and affectionate nobility, making an average or below-average life seem sad, pathetic and yet worthy and sublime. If there's a definitive list of films that represent Hong Kong, the McDull movies would surely be on it.

What is this movie about?
McDull Kung Fu Ding Ding Dong would be on that list too, perhaps a few notches below the previous two films, but still above the 2006 animated/live-action combo McDull, the Alumni. Brian Tse, writer-producer of the previous animated McDull films, takes over as director, once again spotlighting young McDull (voiced by Kwok Kwan-Yin), who lives in Tai Kok Tsui with his mother Mrs. Mak (voiced by Sandra Ng). However, the mother-son relationship – so central to the previous two McDulls - is given less focus this time, as is Hong Kong. After some opening narration from Jim Chim, plus some scenes at McDull's school, McDull and Mrs. Mak hightail it for China, where Mrs. Mak hopes to find new opportunities (like opening her dream restaurant, called "Chicken on Fire") plus escape her debts. But she can't do this with McDull always at her side, so after reaching the Wuhan region she drops him off at a martial arts school in the famed Wudang Mountains. Curiously, the Master of the school looks just like McDull's principal at the Springfield Kindergarten, complete with balding pate and mustache, and even shares the same voice actor in Anthony Wong.

No, the Master is not the Principal's twin brother. As seen in the previous McDull films, lots of people all over Hong Kong look just like the Principal. Also, the Master's assistant looks like McDull's teacher Miss Chan (and is again voiced by singer-songwriter The Pancakes), and even his animal friends Fai, Goosie, Darby, etc., have analogues up in the Wudang Mountains. This use of doppelgangers is just one of the metaphorical things that the McDull movies do, and indeed it's part of the series' charm. It's also a way of making McDull's world familiar to us, and it's needed as things have changed a bit. Urban Renewal has taken hold in McDull's home district of Tai Kok Tsui, replacing most of the old and rundown local buildings with glistening high-rise housing estates, and China and Hong Kong are now further intertwined. Things are supposedly changing for the better – and that's what McDull and Mrs. Mak try to do too, through emigration to China, latching onto trends, or simply chasing that one idea in hopes that it'll lead them to prosperity. But with each effort comes routine failure, and the resilience that Hong Kong people show in the face of this is part and parcel of the McDull movies' affectionate, satirical look at modern life.

The previous McDull films took similar themes and ran with them, frequently sacrificing coherence for scattered vignettes and minor gags that were so layered that even some of the films' target audience might have been lost. Kung Fu Ding Ding Dong still possesses some of the McDull movies' trademark density, but it also proves the most coherent and conventional of the films. Once McDull ends up in the Wudang Mountains, he makes new friends (including Brother Panda, the mysterious guardian panda bear), gets involved in mischief around the school and learns a few lessons about devotion, responsibility and giving things your best. The central part of the film is reminiscent of a typical animated film for tykes – it’s got positive lessons and seems to follow a solid, even cliched story. That portion is still enjoyable and entertaining – after all, how can you go wrong with animated pigs, turtles and pandas – but a little of the McDull magic is lost. Despite its general effectiveness, the film's central narrative is really not novel, and anyway, McDull films have always been more about feeling than nuts-and-bolts story. Ultimately, seeing little McDull go through standard narrative paces feels a bit off.

What's not off? Just about everything else. Kung Fu Ding Ding Dong is still plenty about Hong Kong, with references to actual locations, local media and other cultural institutions. The characters' amusing preoccupation with eating and pooping is back, and the satire on modern Hong Kong life is delightfully fun. Besides the references to Urban Renewal, Mrs. Mak auditions for a menopause medicine commercial that satirizes a local Nancy Sit ad, plus she seems to follow all the latest trends (e.g., Hong Kong's omnipresent "slimming" beauty business) in hopes of making her fortune. McDull's is enrolled in a private school that uses the experimental "Mozart Effect" (where tykes listen to Mozart to spur their development), but is unfortunately made the "control" in the experiment – simultaneously making fun of Hong Kong's consumer education culture and providing a reason for McDull's dim-wittedness. Also, on a technical level, this is easily the best McDull film, with animation improved and the contrast of hand-drawn characters against the CGI city backdrops proving less intrusive.

The film's China portions allow for rural backdrops that are as well realized as the McDull films' signature renderings of Hong Kong. There's also plenty of satire and cultural love there too; the film makes fun of Bruce Lee and martial arts, and rewrites classic Chinese songs with new, sometimes off-color lyrics sung by famous local singer Wan Kwong (who also provides one of the film's voices). One flashback sequence even re-imagines the famous painting Along the River During the Qingming Festival (known informally as the Chinese Mona Lisa) for a sequence featuring McDull's ancestor McFat. An inventor who was unfortunately way ahead of his time, McFat is another metaphorical nugget for audiences to chew on; sometimes in life, a complete ne'er do well like McFat or even McDull could end up doing something great - he just might not be around to see it, and may live his natural life as average or even less. In offering that theme and more, Kung Fu Ding Ding Dong manages a familiar affection towards the simple, unglamorous life that most of us are destined for. That emotion is pure McDull, and reason enough to warrant the film similar, if not the same regard as McDull's lovely and bittersweet first adventures.

On April 20, Jialiang (Za Fei Ren of 315 district) went back to his former school (HOG). He met up with his fav teacher, Mr Zhuang.

Zhuang: "How are you lately?"

Jialiang: "Same lor, bz with taking care of my xiao di."

Zhuang: "Hoon de hai bu 错."

Jialiang: "Still ok lar, we alway meet on fri nite, to have meeting and sat go and see 老大"

Zhuang took out a piece of pictures.

Zhuang: "Rmb tis Jialiang, what you see in the picture?"
Jialiang: "Alot of colorful shapes and they are in a big square."

Zhuang: "Great... there was once a tax collector that say this, "For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them."

Zhuang: "BTW, his name is Matthew1820...."

Jialiang: "Hmm, what tt sia?"

Zhuang: "Ok... as a Za Fei Ren rmb this, the first photo show you different shapes in a big enclosed area. This shape are your xiao di, look at them, they are full of diff shapes and color, nice right? Though they are in the big square box which incidentally symbolized you, but they are not together."

Jialiang: "Oh..."

Zhuang: "Whereas, the other photo, they are connected together..."

Zhuang: "Look at this, sometime, your xiao di might be attending meeting, meeting 老大 and taking part in those gang fights, but their heart are not together as 1, there will be not much power to overcome things."

Jialiang: "Yes... tt what i feel sometime."

Zhuang: "Look at the 2nd photo, what you see in them?"

Jialiang: "They are all connected."

Zhuang: "Yes, but not just tt, I saw only 1 shape and color in that photo, call UNITE"

Jialiang: "Yes, teacher.... I understand it."

TaTa to you KG.... I going lost 5 of you in the next 1mth. Is it do able? YES of course. Take a look at this list that I came out after some serious analysing.

1. Drink plenty of water evenly through the day, eight or more glasses total. As soon as you wake up try and drink 2 cups of cold water. Drinking water is one of the most rapid weight loss tips that dieticians suggest to people and leads to 100+ calories extra burned a day.
2. Eat six small meals a day. Typical times are 7:30am, 10am, 12:30pm, 4pm, 6pm, 9pm. Lunch should be the largest, other meals consist only of one 1/2 palm sized piece of protein and one fist size organic carbohydrate food. Your Palm and Fist.
3. Have your last large meal about three hours before you go to sleep. It is ok to have a very small snack after that.
4. Eat organic vegetables and fruits for breakfast like apples, no-fat yogurt (I like Yoplait lite no fat), tomatoes, carrots, and peppers.
5. NO Soft drinks (Every twenty soft drinks you skip from your normal intake equates to about one pound of weight loss.)
6. Do not just sit on the couch all the time, keep moving if possible
7. A good rule of thumb is: protein fits in palm of your hand, carbohydrate fist size, no fatty add ons (butter, dressing,etc). But dark greens eat as much as you want (brocoli is one of the best for this, I recommend steamed).
8. Eat your food slowly with each mouthful taking 30 seconds. Pause your eating half way through for 5 minutes. Your body needs ten minutes to tell your mind it is full. Remember....eat slow.
9. Go for a one hour walk five days a week. This does not need to be a power walk but a faster pace will help.
10. If you get very hungry drink a cold glass of water, it will help to take away the hunger pangs. You could always try sucking on ice to calm hunger pains.

Hi, pain pain pain.... So many blister under my feet. But it was indeed a great time of fellowship with some of my best friends I had made. Thank You People =) Anyway, I heard that this movie Monga was an awesome movie.

Anyway I had this secret desire that one day I could started filming a short movie clip too. =p hahaha...

Starring the top four leading male and female idols in Singapore, Jialiang (Designer), Wenkai (Lawyer), Xiuhui (Banker) and Cailian (Teacher), "Monga" tells about the story of two boys and two girls from the historical district of Monga in Sentosa Singapore, who join a gang because they were tired of being bullied around. As the young men and women enjoy their newfound status as gangsters in Monga, they have no idea that other gangs have also set their eyes on this prosperous area. Under the guidance of a veteran gangster, the youngsters are taught the heritage created by the founders of the borough of Monga. Hi... Had a great night yesterday with my sister. This was the first time the both of us sit down and practice singing together.

"A New Commandment"... this was indeed a very nice song. Even my dad make a comment. "Hen Hao Ting." I believe the people will be bless when we sing this song during CG tonight.

BTW was somehow lead to search for the miracle that Jesus had done all thru out the 4 gospels. I came out with some amazing findings! A total of 45 miracles was recorded with Single count.

Just finished BS, guess what the topic I teaches. Hahaha divine healing, of all the topic, when I am sick. But God is a good God, 1st he bless me with a good student and while giving my faith level grew.

Now I am heading back home! So early, yet! Isn't tt the goals tt I wanna achieve. But actually, I had another BS, somehow it was cancel. But tx God, so it mean I got more time to rest at home. Anyway I am starting to feel lonely, looking around me, it seem so quiet. Everyone was bz with their own stuff. Some sleeping, some reading and some playing with their iPhone. But for me, I suddenly felt I wan more of His presence. I felt so tired and hopeless to some situation happen ard me.(Don't worry I am definitely not talking about u) thought of giving up and say I quit started to fill my mind. Hahaha, why u all have so little faith in me. I am more than an overcomer! I am a conqueror! No situation is too great for Him who is in me!

I going to depend on him even more, I am going to break all negative thought in me. Alvin you can do it!

Pls continue to pray for me, for speedy recovery and also for my belovable cg. I got an awesome word to deliver tml. I hope tis word will really inspire them, and run for the great commission.

The history of April Fool's Day or All Fool's Day is uncertain, but the current thinking is that it began around 1582 in France with the reform of the calendar under Charles IX. The Gregorian Calendar was introduced, and New Year's Day was moved from March 25 - April 1 (new year's week) to January 1.

Communication traveled slowly in those days and some people were only informed of the change several years later. Still others, who were more rebellious refused to acknowledge the change and continued to celebrate on the last day of the former celebration, April 1.

These people were labeled "fools" by the general populace, were subject to ridicule and sent on "fool errands," sent invitations to nonexistent parties and had other practical jokes played upon them. The butts of these pranks became known as a "poisson d'avril" or "April fish" because a young naive fish is easily caught. In addition, one common practice was to hook a paper fish on the back of someone as a joke.

This harassment evolved over time and a custom of prank-playing continue on the first day of April. This tradition eventually spread elsewhere like to Britain and Scotland in the 18th century and was introduced to the American colonies by the English and the French. Because of this spread to other countries, April Fool's Day has taken on an international flavor with each country celebrating the holiday in its own way.

What a way to start my day! April fool..... Koaz I was super piss off by my boss. So many incident had happen. Guess what, for the pass few week I had being coming off office late, 845am - 9am, and he came and spoke to me. "Alvin why are you always late, office start work at 830am." Just this morning, "Alvin can I have my work done NOW, you have a deadline to meet." Look at this comment, what you feel... Alvin you dont have any working ethic.... SORRY BOSS for being late and being SLOW.

And why am I slow? If you people know me... Do u think I am slow? Koaz... He gave me a work at 530pm. And tt is not just a work? Its a project! What he expect? Work OT AGAIN for him. No way! Just this morning walk up to me "Where is my work?" 530pm - 845am = 20hrs.

Look at this, I have work in this company for nearly 3 years. "AND WHERE IS MY PAY INCREMENT!"

Hahhahaha felt so relax now! Just cant take this type of leadership. Ppl who is reading this, trust me..... If I am ur boss, I practise flexiblity!

I believe its time to move on in LIFE.

Anyway... I am so excited cause Easter is coming and I am serving a way way way way way way better BOSS than this earthly Boss.

Live radio is suppose to be easy, but for Christian romance novelist Robin Jones Gunn, the interview on the local station suddenly became an uncomfortable experience.

Thought no one could see him, the interviewer pointed his finger directly at Robin and spoke accusingly over the air, "How can you call yourself a Christian and support the romance industry by writing romance novels?"

Robin took a deep breath. "When I was a teen, I read a love story that changed my life. It was the story of a relentless lover who would never give up on his first love. In the first few chapters everything falls apart. Three- fourths of the way through the book, he does everything he can to prove his love for her and still she won't come back to him. Then finally, in the last chapter, he comes riding in on a white horse and takes her away to be his bride and live with him forever."
The interviewer smirked and retorted for his audience, "Sounds like a cheesy formula-romance paperback. How did that change your life?"

"Formula romance? Cheesy paperback? I was talking about the Bible. White horse and everything. God is the relentless lover, and he will never stop pursuing us, because we are his first love."

Robin's strange response silenced the interviewer. Abruptly he cut to a commercial, and Robin pondered her first meeting with God, the relentless lover. . .

Twelve-year-old Robin Jones was listening to the speaker. Having grown up in church, she had learned much about Jesus but did not yet know him one-on-one. That's where summer camp and the camp speaker came in. The speaker's words impressed her. "God doesn't have any grandchildren. Recently was talking with 1 of my working colleague. I asked him this question.

Alvin: "Hey, do you have any goals in life..."
Colleague: "Hmm... I have my family, 2 kids, a stable career..."
Alvin: "Is that all you are seeking?"
Colleague: "oh to give my family a better life."

I was looking at myself. Alvin what are your goals in life? Millionaire, Good family, Good career... this list cant stop till the day i die.

Friends, I believe all of you have some how similar goals as mine. But look at it carefully, are they really your goals? Or are they just a pitstop in your life?

I ask myself this question... What after my millionaire dream? A billionarie dream? Sometime I was thinking, if I had the asset of Mr Bill, will this be my dream?

This dreams or goals are endless....

Look at a F1 race. What is the goal of each driver... to complete the whole race and to grab tt checker flag. Our life is also somehow being illustrated in this race. All of us are racing to complete this long and tiring race. 1 common goal... to finish it!

Wait look at the diff racers, in between each race there are lots of pitstop they take. To check their car, to refill their tanks, to restragetic their tactics. Then zoomzzz they move on... to complete their common goal.

Yesterday, I really got myself inline back to my vision and destiny tt He had implanted in my life. I still remember that night, He gave me a vision... appearing in the cover page of TIME magazine July 2012. "TOP YOUNG ENTREPRENEUR"

Lots of things had happen to me during this pass few years, some bad mistake I have chosen that had being affecting my life. Today, I choose to put Him 1st in my life, "let go and let God". I have always wanted to use my talents and abilities that I have to do somethings for the world. That where LoveAbound come about. This is something that I am really proud of... mission is to bring the love that I had experience to those that are in need of that....

People you may think that I am crazy.... Honestly I think I am... but I really want to be that CHANGE for the future. Look into the past, thru 1 sacrifice the future and course of mankind was change. I pray that He will give me strength and committement to really run thru this vision tgt with Him. Want to take this time to thank to of my dream chaser. Adrian Abraham and Vera Wan. Thank for all those countless meeting we had held together. I really proud of you ppl sacrifices... how you all willing to sacrifice your own time for the course of someone that isnt have any relationship with him.

Hahaha just cant get the world... And why are ppl focusing on ppl negative point and keep on asking them to change? "Hey why are you acting so childish?" "Why you dont have $ in your bank?" "Why this why that" No wonder the world is such a negative place. Unlike in heaven, when He met us, I believe the 1st question He will ask is

"Good and Faith servant of mine, what GOOD things had you done for me?"

Hahahah, if you want the world to be a better place, start focusing on ppl positive point then the negative ba.

Marriage and Attached
What is the different? What is Marriage? What is attached?

For the 1st two questions... dont need to explain too much. But for the last I believe all of us have lots of opinions about it.

What is attached?
Attached is when a couple coming together when they are called "Boyfriend and Girlfriend" Hahhaha. To me, the process of attachment come, when the couples fell in love with one another, and they have a likings with each other (Courtship). As time progess, when they really felt that they are suitable to each other they move in to the phase "MARRIAGE".

So is it a must for all attached couple to go on marriage?
Hahahha the answer is "I DONT KNOW". I believe 90% will say YES (I am part of them) but 10% will say NO. Y... I believed that they found out that during the process of courtship they found out that they dont suit one another. An on the other hand.... there is a marriage vows but there isnt any attached vows. So people out there. Dont have this thinking, once attached no CHANCE liao. Hahaha....

I still remember, when I was in Sec, I always like to go for girls that are attached... Hahahaha, sound so wrong. Yes it is wrong sia. How can you break ppl up? "SORRY FOR ALL THE STUPID THINGS I HAVE DONE WHEN I WAS YOUNG, will you forgive me =p"

Look, if you found out that you found ur MR RIGHT OR MISS RIGHT but they are attached how? Break them up lor! (that what I will do when I was young, put pepper and salt into their relationship, to bring in some favour). Of cause not tt why lar... just work toward somethings that you believe that will b good for your future.

I spoke to a friend, that what is the reply "Draw a line, maintain as friendship" I totally agree with that. I believe everything started from friendship then if you felt that "Hey, she/he is MR and MISS RIGHT." that when you become open to he/she.

To all couples out there... Treasure all those good time together, and really aim to move toward marriage. Marriage is the best gift that He gave to us to enjoy. So please be serious in your courtship period, cause you wont want to be part of an unhappy marriage.

Hi ppl, sorry tt hasn't being posting lately. Pretty bz, with CNY, work at office and my big family.
Anyway wanna thank u all for praying for my dad. Checkup was ok meaning we can go overseas together as a family. Anyway yst heard a very power msg felt very inspired and yet convicted.

I thank God that, I serve a impractical God, because He forsake all those practical things that we may have life. =p As what my title mention, is the world all about money?

"With money all things are possible, but without money all things are impossible"

I totally agree that we lived in a very practical world. A world that no longer driven by love but by status, by power, by money. That why so many people are trying their best to climb up the corp laddler, not to forget to the $10 millions TOTO. Tx God for those 5 luckly people that struck the total. Now they are official able to enter this practical world.

Have you even thought of this... if He was so practical, you and me wont be able to enjoy what we are enjoying now. He wont have die for us, cause He know that we are all very practical people. But because of his impractical, He is willing to sacrifice for this practical world. Because of His Love for us, for the practical world, he is willing to do the impractical things.

Love is, doing the impractical things for a practical reason. But to this world, "No money No Love, Got Money Got Love."

Was on my way back home, and over heard a conversation of a young couple. "I want this, I want that, if you dont have this you dont have that how can we have this together...." Sometime I felt really sorry for this couples. Is there really love between them or are they just fighting for survival in this practical world. I admitted, we have to somehow give security to our partner but doesnt love over take all practical things?

Just like the recent sage of "John, Ashley and Tiger" I bet there tons of ppl hoping to lead a lifestyle like them, Money Fame and Power. But look at them, is there really love found in them? How i wish i could tap behind the couple and say....

"Love overcome all boundaries" Nbm about that, cause we live in a practical world lar... $ is everythings. But there must be some 1 that is willing to do the impractical things so that there is hope for this practical world.

Like what is it written in the bible about Mary and Martha. Mary was the impractical 1, she should be helping out her sis Martha who was the practical 1. But Mary choose not to serve and not to work just wanna spend sometime with the one she loved.

In closely, I always tell myself.... "What the point when u win everything of ur desire and you lost you own soul...."

this is a wake up call for me and to the young couple. Till next time we meet.

Just came across this quote. "Communication is the key in building strong relationship." I strongly agree to it. So if you cant communicate well with people, how can u then expect to have good relationship? That why for 2010, I wanna spend more time with my family and my good friends.

Some golden rules to take note when you are trying to communicate (by personal experience)
1. Don't force people to do something that they don't like. (if he or she want to do somethings, just let them do lar)
2. Don't try to multi-task if you know that you cant do it well (remember, if you are an IPHONE just be it don't try to be a BB where you can multi-tasks)
3. Look at yourself 1st b4 u place any comments (i felt like wasting time, boring leh. Think carefully it always take to hand to claps)
4. Lastly and the most impt, The world doesn't revolves around you. Learn to be more appreciative.

These are some pointed to help you improve on your communication. I am also part of the learning process. OPS 1 more impt things... always say Goodbye when you want to end something, like what I am doing now.

Hey, finally found sometime to blog. Guess where am I! I all alone sitting on bus 197 going back home.

Just finish a great show with some of my good buddies. Perses the lightning thief. Awesome movie. Go check out the show it really worth every cents. Anyway while heading back home, suddenly I got lot of flash back of the past. Sometime some stuff cannot b brought back. What gone is gone. Just like tis CNY, I can say it isn't the same as the past CNY. Where re all the atmosphere? Are we doing it because we have to do it?

Tt bring me back to my topic, what is important to u? Learn to treasure it. The time where I use to celebrate CNY with my Ah Ma re history. What is left with me re those happy memories with her. "Ah Ma, I miss u" haha not wanting to get moody here.

Hope you ppl re bless by the previous post. Yesterday I just went for a Lacoste sale. Wow, the crowd was like "wow" all small letters hor. Nevertheless, i still manage to find my way it. Most of the stuff is like 60% off retail price. But mind you, Lacoste is unlike Crocodile, the cost of 1 polo is like 129$ so after discound it is ard 69$.

After the sale, i went to orchard to met up with some friends. We had a good time together. While travel alone back home. I saw different group of people onboard. The teens, the couple, the working adult, the mother, the mother who was pregnant and most of all, a young teen that was injured with his right ankle bandage.

I started to look at their expression, some seem so stress, some seem so happy, but got 1 seem so painful. =( Suddenly, this sentence caught my attention.

"Leading a carefree life".

I was wondering... what the real meaning of leading a carefree life.

carefree: without anxiety or worry, meaning leading a life without worry.

So i decided to see when will i be carefree? In His house definetly. But i know there another place where you people will like to go. Guess what....

Yes, you are correct! A place where there a lot of FREE STUFFS. That where u are care free.

Hi people, its being really sometime since I last wrote something here. Its being a pretty tiring month for me. Zz.z.z. As some of you know, my colleague had resigned, which mean I dont have the freedom to blog more offen liao. (Hmmm, what am I doing now? Blogging in office hour) whahhaa....

Anyway Jan is a month of breakthru for me!
1. Its my 1st time since ages I visited a dentist, Guess what, the number of time I visited the dentist for just this month alone is equal to the entire visit I visited him for the pass 20+ yrs.
2. I FINALLY got my braces done. Thanks to 海派甜心.
3. I "broke" my ankle. Recently was playing a match against the All-Star Euro team. Trying to dribble pass D.Beckham, but as you know, hw can a midfielder slide. Haiz... There go my ankle. Now I know how, C.Ronaldo felt, when P.Hilton hired a group of people to pray against his ankle. Koaz... Must be someone out there doing that to me.
4. Wrote my 1st sermon of the yr, title Faith is...

That was how I started my 2010, but.... plenty more blessing coming up my way.
Things I had yet to see in 2010...

2. My growth in all area of my life

Good morning people. Guess what... It is already 3am in the morning and yet I am still awake. I was totally being blown away by the revelation God gave me today. Which really inspired me to write my 1st sermon for the year 2010.

I am really well prepare and ready for God to use me to deliver this word to the people.

4th Dimension Prayer and 4th Dimension Worship, the power of the Living CROSS.

Prayer brings people closer to God, but worship brings people into the presence of God.

Hi ppl... Its a week of good report... Hahaha.. New Land, New Vision, New Mobile Phone.

The Old have Past, the New has Come. Present to you my very own 1st BlackBerry Bold 9700 aka Bold 2.

Hahaha... Maybe because I wanna be special and unique from other ppl, tt why I chose the least favourite of all. The Blackberry. So many people told me the down side of it, no service centre, rate of repair is like 3mths and etc... Even the sale guy from starhub discouraged me to do so. Zz.z..z.z. Nevertheless, I still insist on buying it =p

Currently its not giving me another problem... And I am loving it.. Recently just did some modification to it. Changing of Housing, theme.... what more to come....

Yesterday had a great night with some of the mentors of our Church. Seeing the church growing for just a hand ful of teenages and now to a 20000 strong congretation.

WOW... God is awesome. I learned some wonderful quote that really put a stamp in my heart.
"lost the ability to backslide", "i am a donkey".... For me God spoke this to me... "You love because I show you my love".

Now i really understand why I love you guys so much. Cause I really want to show for the love of God and let to people I know.

Tau Geh and Mustard Seed

One day... Mr Tau Geh met up with Mr Mustard Seed.

MTG: Hey hi... how things going with you?

MMS: Still ok...

MTG: Guess what... now I am having 10 more little Tau Geh under my care.

MMS: That great.

MTG: So how about you? How your mustard seed coming up?

MMS: Still working with them.

MTG: You are really taking a long long time leh... Guess what it will only take me 4 weeks to grow from a seed to a bean sprout. What i need is just some water, cotton and lot of sunlight..

MMS: That really fast. For me, I dont just need soil, nutrient and water... but i need time.
MTG: Oh I see... then you better be quick... cause winter is coming...
MMS: Yes I will.. Tx.

Hey reader... Hope you like tt little conversation of Mr Mustard Seed and Mr Tau Geh. haha.. Sometime we are like the mustard seed. When we look around all the Tau Geh, we wonder why arent we like them. They reproduce themself so fast.

Look as what the bible say....

So Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.

People remember... some of us are like Tau Geh... we seem to be able to reproduce things fast in our hands... but some of us are like Mustard Seed. Slow in reproducing. But remember... dont lost faith or get weary...

Look at it on a brighter sight... The fruit that are produce by the mustard seed are strong and steady.

People out there... I believe that He have a greater plan for us. Do not lost heart because He is the ultimate TIME KEEPER.

Hi ppl, thank for availing urself down for yesterday makan session. We have a good time of fellowship =)

I think the prawn noodle soup was really great! I can image myself drinking 1 big bowl of it (Ops.. there goes my slimming and getting fit programs) Anyway, just to inform you all. This coming friday is our cg connect week. Below is the detail of what we will be doing.

Friday:
7am : Morning Exercise
8am : breakfast
9am : morning devotion
945am : CG meeting
11am : Lunch
1230pm : break (we are breaking down into smaller group to do visitation to our friends, activities like watching movie, shopping, ktv, badminton will be in progress)
530pm : pre-steam boat meeting @ NTUC parkway
730pm : steamboat start (pls do invite in all ur friends to join us)

*Some of us are having overnight PM @ my hse on thursday itself (please do inform me whether u able to join us)

How Jesus took his exam?

To start off…

Ecclesiastes 7:2
Better to go to the house of mourning
Than to go to the house of feasting,
For that is the end of all men;
And the living will take it to heart.

Death is the end is to be taken to heart…
The end of everything is a good thing and it should be taken to heart.

Do you feel like dying each time you comes to exam period?
Is it like knowing death is near you and you can do nothing about it?
So should you also consider that to be a good thing and take it to heart?

Today, I want to share about a story of Jesus Christ going for his examination.

Matt 26;
36 Then Jesus came with them to a place called Gethsemane, and said to the disciples, “Sit here while I go and pray over there.” 37 And He took with Him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, and He began to be sorrowful and deeply distressed. 38 Then He said to them, “My soul is exceedingly sorrowful, even to death. Stay here and watch with Me.”
39 He went a little farther and fell on His face, and prayed, saying, “O My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as You will.”
40 Then He came to the disciples and found them sleeping, and said to Peter, “What! Could you not watch with Me one hour? 41 Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.”
42 Again, a second time, He went away and prayed, saying, “O My Father, if this cup cannot pass away from Me unless[e] I drink it, Your will be done.” 43 And He came and found them asleep again, for their eyes were heavy.
44 So He left them, went away again, and prayed the third time, saying the same words. 45 Then He came to His disciples and said to them, “Are you still sleeping and resting? Behold, the hour is at hand, and the Son of Man is being betrayed into the hands of sinners. 46 Rise, let us be going. See, My betrayer is at hand.”

A few days before Jesus goes to examination, he studied very hard…
Just like everyone he feels weak, sorrowful and stressed.

But I do need you guys to take note the things he did during that period of his study – he study 1hr and then he constantly reminding himself not to fall into temptation by praying. He also found rested after an hour of study.
Then when he studies finish, he tells his disciple to go for his exam….
For all knows Jesus did went into the examination halls, and had his Death (exam) taken.
And 3days later, he had his result back….

So did Jesus pass his exam? Yes/No..
I nt sure he pass or not.. but I know he had overcomes it, and done with it already.

Matt 28
18 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore[c] and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.

After getting the result, Jesus said that go make disciples, teach them what you have observe.
Another example, if now you have to go back to take your PSLE… will u have fear like now for your exam?

Study is something to gain knowledge, result is second, have faith in the lord is 1st. at the end of the day you will realize all things you worry about is just like a fool chasing winds… but if you have gain patience with what God had put you through…. Rejoice coz you are ready to teach another open up their mind to understand.

Sometimes is not really about the result, of coz getting a good grade is awesome, but there also a reason why you did not get what you wanted… but you must have patient to realize and understands why this happening to you, so that one day you will also succeed.

A Close Shave

Hey still remember those day when I was still in primary school. Remember those composition title we were told to write. Some famous topics are, "It was just a dream", "When I grow up", "It was a stormy afternoon....", "A close shave"

I remember how i barely manage to pass my english. I still remember.... Under this teacher Miss Chew... I never pass my english for the entire 2 years of my sec school days... ZZzzzz.. I even got a D7 for O-Level. KOAZ!!!!!

Oh ya... Yesterday I did encounter the comp title "A close shave". It was so exciting yet scary. It all happen when some of my friends (Jianwei-driver, Margaret, Jieyi, Jiawei, me-passenger) were doing some recee for this coming sat night cycling event (Hey ppl those interest to join us can drop me a msg). We were travelling on tampines road just behind bus 12. As it was a straight road, we didnt took notice of car on the oppsite side. Then suddenly, a taxi (once again.... its the taxi driver fault again. God bless taxi driver) out of no where just suddenly turn into the yellow box, which was just 1 metre infront of us.

Thank God.... For all the Sunday soccer training... I virtually saw Jianwei (driver) dribble pass the taxi!!!! These was even better than those side steps C.Ronaldo does. We stared at the taxi uncle (like those Ah Beng stare... "Diao Si Mi!!!!"). Then we drove off.

That was indeed a close shave.

Hahaha anyway I am praying hard to get my car on a Toyota Yaris.

My New Toy

History....
Long before your time, there was a bird. Then it decide to find a place to take a rest. So it took shelther in a stadium. That how bird nest came about.....

LAME......

The nests in making bird's nest soups are exclusively those of swiflets, the birds from the family of common swallow. These highly prized nests are built and clung to the ceiling of the caves as high as 70m by the birds mostly of seaweed that is mixed by their own saliva, making the process of harvesting an ordeal and expensive. Swiflets nests are mostly found on cliffs in areas along the Southern Chinese coast and South East Asia.

Rich in protein, calcium, iron and other nutrients, bird's nest is good for all, young and old, men and women, the sick and mother-to-be. The Chinese have been relishing bird's nest as medicinal gourmet food for centuries and believe it replenishes and nourishes the internal organs, speed up recovery from illness, and boosts overall well being. Of all, the most widely known benefit of consuming bird's nest is its ability to rejuvenate, restore youthfulness and ensure glowing and wrinkle-free complexion, the one reason sufficient to explain why it is such a hot commodity and luxury to the Chinese women. Last but not least, it tastes good too!

3 Ways to have your bird nest prepared...

1)Bird's Nest with Rock Sugar

Ingredients:
•2 oz. bird's nests (approximately 6 whole nests)
•7 tbsps. crushed rock sugar, or to taste
•4 c. water

Directions:
1.Soak bird’s nests in cold water for several hours or overnight. Remove loose feathers if any. Rinse well.
2.Cover bird’s nest in water and simmer for 5 minutes. Rinse well and squeeze dry.
3.Place the bird's nests in the pot and add 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer until the bird's nests become soft.
4.Add rock sugar and stir to dissolve. Serve while hot.

2)Bird's Nest Soup with Mushrooms

Ingredients:
•8 oz. birds' nests
•1 tbsp. vegetable oil
•1 tbsp. fresh ginger root, chopped
•4 oz. cooked chicken, cubed
•4 oz. button mushrooms, quartered
•8 oz. canned quail eggs, drained
•7 ½ cups chicken stock

Directions:
1.Soak the birds' nest in water for 5 minutes, then drain.
2.Heat the oil in a saucepan.
3.Add the ginger and fry for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
4.Stir in the chicken, mushrooms, eggs and stock and bring to boil.
5.Reduce the heat to low and add birds' nests/ Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6.Serve at once in bowls.

3) Bird's Nest in Bath Tub (sup. of an adult)

Ingredients:
•8 oz. birds' nests
•3 pails of warm water
•1 bath tub

Directions:
1.Soak the birds' nest in water for 5 minutes, then drain.
2.Pour in the warm water into the bath tub.
3.You are good to go.

What is the future?

Story 1 (The boy and the rabbit)
Have you even came across this experience? Once there was a young guy. He was being given to him a rabbit as a birthday gift. At first, he was think.... Why did he receive this gift as a present? He totally not a very animal person. (He used to own a pet hamster for a long period of time, but due to some mishap the hamster die)

So he didnt really care about the rabbit much. Just provide it with his necessarity. Occassionally he will play with the rabbit. And soon, the relationship between this too became cold. "The rabbit was so cold that it die..." The young guy was deeply in pain and sad... Now he understand what had he done.

3 yrs later.....

His dad brought him to the same old pet shop. This time his dad as him to pick a new pet. He saw a cute white rabbit looking at him...

"WILL HE CHOOSE THAT RABBIT AGAIN"?

Sometime the past cannot be rewritten... It can either be an excuse or be a learning experience for you to decide your future...

People... we can either let our past hurt become an excuse for us not to face it again, or we can make it as a learning experience to make our future better.

2000 yrs ago, He die for us, so that today we can make this decision....

In the end, the boy choose the rabbit and left the place.......

So what is the main different between this 2 guys. Both are anointed servant of God. Both are male, both serve God.

ELIJAH ==> SLIM and hardworking

Before we get any further.... let me tell you what is FAT and SLIM

When will one really get FAT? Not by the type of food you eat.... But you get Fat when you eat and eat and eat... and you don't exercise!!!!!

That when you get FAT and unhealthy! I do know some slim guy that eat alot, but yet they are so slim!!!!! the key is to have a balance lifestyle. if you eat and eat and eat, you need to exercise and exercise and exercise.

That bring us back to ELI and ELIJAH.

some of us here are like ELI, we are alway being fed with Good revelation.... every time after a good feeding of the word, we are so pumped out, with great dream and vision. But when it come to working... we are lay back.. we are tired.. we are lazy.. we are lukewarm.. we are "Bo Chup".. In the end you know what will happen to us... we will become LIKE THIS

Simply too lazy to do anything....

Remember, it is one things to get pumped up and is another things to work toward it. Ultimately we all want to find a balance in life and look just like him....

Think about it ppl... its one things to be fed with good food, is another things for us to act upon it and exercise....

Shopping for the Future

Last Sunday went shopping with my best bro... Adrian and Bum. He was looking for a bed frame at IKEA. Seem like most people like to go to IKEA to get their stuff.

Anyway, I came out with a theory, buying your bed is like choosing the right partner. Haha.. If you buy something too hard, you get a hard time with her. And if you buy something too expensive, you will have a hard time trying to let it acustom to your humble surrounding.

Look pretty cool right? And it pretty cheap, $249 only. This bed is "power", it too me only a spilt sec and I am gone. lying down thinking of "WaWa" Land.

Thinking about bed frame, I think its time for me to showcase some of my proud collection, that i had alway dream of having it.

The new wine and the new wine skin

Luke 5:36-45
Then He spoke a parable to them: “No one puts a piece from a new garment on an old one; otherwise the new makes a tear, and also the piece that was taken out of the new does not match the old. And no one puts new wine into old wineskins; or else the new wine will burst the wineskins and be spilled, and the wineskins will be ruined. But new wine must be put into new wineskins, and both are preserved. And no one, having drunk old wine, immediately desires new; for he says, ‘The old is better.’”
Wine = God’s grace and truth
Wineskins = our mindset

Jesus is basically telling us that there will always be a need for new structures (wineskins) to contain new life (wine).
He is referring specifically speaking about the eternal truths in an ever-changing world.
Methods will tear or burst if we try to fit the new things that God is doing into the old. To say, "This is the way that we've done it before" becomes an old wineskin or garment fast.
Our responsibility is to see what God is doing in our generation and do the best that we can to facilitate new methods for truths that never change.

Tithe and Offering

Proverbs 3:9-10
Honor the LORD with your possessions, And with the firstfruits of all your increase; So your barns will be filled with plenty, And your vats will overflow with new wine.

Bringing our firstfruits to God is simply a way to honor Him. When we do so we are proclaiming that He is Lord of all of it.

What a coincidence that those who honor God from their wealth are usually found not to be in lack. In other words, if you feel you don't have the money to give you can't afford NOT to give to God. Don't let the over exaggeration of the "health and wealth" preachers take away from the Biblical truth that God promises to materially bless those who honor Him. He wants to bless His children, but He wants them to give that blessing back to him.

Each tithe and offering is a deathblow to the idolatry of materialism.

The Color of Friendship

The colors crouched down in fear, drawing close to one another for comfort.

In the midst of the clamor, rain began to speak: "You foolish colors, fighting amongst yourselves, each trying to dominate the rest. Don't you know that you were each made for a special purpose, unique and different? Join hands with one another and come to me."

Doing as they were told, the colors united and joined hands.

The rain continued: "From now on, when it rains, each of you will stretch across the sky in a great bow of color as a reminder that you can all live in peace. The Rainbow is a sign of hope for tomorrow." And so, whenever a good rain washes the world, and a Rainbow appears in the sky, let us remember to appreciate one another.

Hi...

Things being going pretty slow in my life. Being very busy with LoveAbound. Coming up with the latest issues. I promise you reader, this would be yet another issues that will blow your mind off.

Recently being doing alittle bit of bible reading. Came across 2 King 6:1-7, talking about the floating axe. Do take a look at the passage to have a better understanding of it. The axe head and the stick represent the our belonging. some time we are alway willing to use this belonging to do the things of God. Our money for tithing, offering and even building fund. And when crisis happen, we withhold it. Just like in the passage, when the axe head was being lost in the river. The servant stopped and ran back to Elisha.

People this sound like some of us here, for a stay we maybe so passionate in giving God whatever that he had installed in our life. Our talent, our gifts and our finances. But when things happen to us, we withhold from God.

See how Elisha, due with the problem. He threw back the axe stick into the river. A miracle happen, the axe head and stick started to surface above the water. Friends sometime our answer to our solution is just a stick away. So when you face any difficult in your situation. You have being sowing for a breakthru, but instead of breakthru u find urself in even more debts. God is testing us, whether are we willing to throw in our Axe stick into our problem too.

Hi all... its really being a long long while since i last post. To be exact it was 320 days since i last post.

Things are going from bad to worse, worse to bad, bad to worse, worse to bad.... Sometime I really felt that why have this things gonna happen to me. But I know, no matter what gonna happen to me, I know for sure, He will be standing at the finishing line waiting for me.

Days and nights, I am asking for breakthrough in my life. Here I am, in a new piece of land, digging and reconstructing a new building. Hey people, dont get me wrong, I not being too emotional. Just felt that I am in a new milestone of my life. He is enlarging me for greater height.

Recently came across some old photos of my childhood days. Saw my grandma (the best grandma on planet earth). Bring back all the good old memories. The A s I scored, the wip that i earned.... Hi a very good morning to you people... Guess what i am sneaking out of my office hours to find sometime to blog... really dont sound like me =p Anyway just came back from the morning prayer meeting. The 4 Wives

Pledging week of Arises and Build just over. Really very excited on the days ahead, that God had installed for me.

Last week was a great week for me… did something that I enjoyed most, meeting up with my Princess Dar Dar. Really felt that strengthening your soul is very important. Ya came across this story about a rich king and his four wives…….

Once upon a time there was a rich King who had four wives. He loved the 4th wife the most and adorned her with rich robes and treated her to the finest of delicacies. He gave her nothing but the best.

He also loved the 3rd wife very much and was always showing her off to neighboring kingdoms. However, he feared that one day she would leave him for another.

He also loved his 2nd wife. She was his confidant and was always kind, considerate and patient with him. Whenever the King faced a problem, he could confide in her, and she would help him get through the difficult times.

The King's 1st wife was a very loyal partner and had made great contributions in maintaining his wealth and kingdom. However, he did not love the first wife. Although she loved him deeply, he hardly took notice of her!

One day, the King fell ill and he knew his time was short. He thought of his luxurious life and wondered, "I now have four wives with me, but when I die, I'll be all alone." Thus, he asked the 4th wife, "I have loved you the most, endowed you with the finest clothing and showered great care over you. Now that I'm dying, will you follow me and keep me company?" "No way!", replied the 4th wife, and she walked away without another word. Her answer cut like a sharp knife right into his heart.

The sad King then asked the 3rd wife, "I have loved you all my life. Now that I'm dying, will you follow me and keep me company?" "No!", replied the 3rd wife. "Life is too good! When you die, I'm going to remarry!" His heart sank and turned cold.

He then asked the 2nd wife, "I have always turned to you for help and you've always been there for me. When I die, will you follow me and keep me company?" "I'm sorry, I can't help you out this time!", replied the 2nd wife. "At the very most, I can only send you to your grave." Her answer came like a bolt of lightning, and the King was devastated.

Then a voice called out: "I'll leave with you and follow you no matter where you go." The King looked up, and there was his first wife. She was so skinny as she suffered from malnutrition and neglect. Greatly grieved, the King said, "I should have taken much better care of you when I had the chance!"

In truth, we all have 4 wives in our lives: Our 4th wife is our body. No matter how much time and effort we lavish in making it look good, it will leave us when we die.

Our 3rd wife is our possessions, status and wealth. When we die, it will all go to others.

Our 2nd wife is our family and friends. No matter how much they have been there for us, the furthest they can stay by us is up to the grave.

And our 1st wife is our Soul. Often neglected in pursuit of wealth, power and pleasures of the world. However, our Soul is the only thing that will follow us wherever we go. So cultivate, strengthen and cherish it now, for it is the only part of us who will follow us to the throne of God and continue with us throughout Eternity. When the world pushes you to your knees.....You're in the perfect position to pray. Think about this... Are you aware that if we died tomorrow, the company that we are working for could easily replace us in a matter of days. But the family we left behind will feel the loss for the rest of their lives. And come to think of it, we pour ourselves more into work than to our own family, an unwise investment indeed, don't you think? And we often treat strangers and co-workers better than members of our family.

What Prince valued most

Prince Piggy learns what's most important in life from the guy (Mr. Belser) next door.
It had been some time since AiLsValaNc had seen the old man. College, girls,
career, and life itself got in the way. In fact, AiLsValaNc moved clear across
the country in pursuit of his dreams. There, in the rush of his busy
life, AiLsValaNc had little time to think about the past and often no time to
spend with his wife and son. He was working on his future, and nothing
could stop him.

Over the phone, his mother told him, "Mr. Belser died last night. The
funeral is Wednesday." Memories flashed through his mind like an old
newsreel as he sat quietly remembering his childhood days.

"AiLsValaNc, did you hear me?"
"Oh, sorry, Mom. Yes, I heard you. It's been so long since I thought of
him. I'm sorry, but I honestly thought he died years ago," AiLsValaNc said.

"Well, he didn't forget you. Every time I saw him he'd ask how you were
doing. He'd reminisce about the many days you spent over 'his side of
the fence' as he put it," Mom told him.

"I loved that old house he lived in," AiLsValaNc said.

"You know, AiLsValaNc, after your father died, Mr. Belser stepped in to make
sure you had a man's influence in your life," she said.

"He's the one who taught me carpentry," he said. "I wouldn't be in this
business if it weren't for him. He spent a lot of time teaching me
things he thought were important...Mom, I'll be there for the funeral,"
AiLsValaNc said.

As busy as he was, he kept his word. AiLsValaNc caught the next flight to his
hometown. Mr. Belser's funeral was small and uneventful. He had no
children of his own, and most of his relatives had passed away.

The night before he had to return home, AiLsValaNc and his Mom stopped by to
see the old house next door one more time.

Standing in the doorway, AiLsValaNc paused for a moment. It was like crossing
over into another dimension, a leap through space and time. The house
was exactly as he remembered. Every step held memories. Every picture,
every piece of furniture....AiLsValaNc stopped suddenly.

"What's wrong, AiLsValaNc?" his Mom asked.

"The box is gone," he said.

"What box? " Mom asked.

"There was a small gold box that he kept locked on top of his desk. I
must have asked him a thousand times what was inside. All he'd ever tell
me was 'the thing I value most,'" AiLsValaNc said.

It was gone. Everything about the house was exactly how AiLsValaNc remembered
it, except for the box. He figured someone from the Belser family had
taken it.

"Now I'll never know what was so valuable to him," AiLsValaNc said. "I better
get some sleep. I have an early flight home, Mom."

It had been about two weeks since Mr. Belser died. Returning home from
work one day AiLsValaNc discovered a note in his mailbox. "Signature required
on a package. No one at home. Please stop by the main post office within
the next three days," the note read.

Early the next day AiLsValaNc retrieved the package. The small box was old and
looked like it had been mailed a hundred years ago. The handwriting was
difficult to read, but the return address caught his attention.

"Mr. Harold Belser" it read.

AiLsValaNc took the box out to his car and ripped open the package. There
inside was the gold box and an envelope. AiLsValaNc's hands shook as he read
the note inside.

"Upon my death, please forward this box and its contents to AiLsValaNc
Bennett. It's the thing I valued most in my life." A small key was taped
to the letter. His heart racing, as tears filling his eyes, AiLsValaNc
carefully unlocked the box. There inside he found a beautiful gold
pocket watch. Running his fingers slowly over the finely etched casing,
he unlatched the cover.

Inside he found these words engraved: "AiLsValaNc, Thanks for your time!
Harold Belser."

"The thing he valued most...was...my time."

AiLsValaNc held the watch for a few minutes, then called his office and
cleared his appointments for the next two days. "Why?" Janet, his
assistant asked.

"I need some time to spend with my family," he said.

"Oh, by the way, Janet...thanks for your time!"

Let learn to appreciate each other time, God created 24hrs a day for us, nothing more nothing less, just 24hrs...

The Story of Prince Charming Pig

Formerly known as Prince AiLsVaIaNc, the Pig Prince lived in a luxurious castle in Marine Drive as a conceited and bitter human.

One night, AiLsVaIaNc's kindness is put to the test when a beggar woman comes to the castle and asks for shelter from the freezing cold, with a single rose as payment. Repulsed by her appearance, AiLsVaIaNc sneers at the simple gift. The woman begged again, and he still refused. When he shunned the beggar for her repulsive appearance, she then revealed her true form: as a beautiful (and powerful) Enchantress. Seeing her beauty and realizing her power, AiLsVaIaNc tried to apologize. But as a punishment for his cold heart, she turned him into a terrifying Pig Prince-like creature. She also casted a ghastly curse on the entire castle, transforming it into a dark, foreboding place, its lush green grounds into dangerous wolf-infested woods, and the good-natured servants into anthropomorphic household objects.

Ashamed of his new appearance, the Pig Prince conceals himself inside his castle with a magic mirror as his only window to the outside world.

The rose the Enchantress had offered was an enchanted one, which would bloom until his twenty-seven birthday. However, the petals of the rose would fall off in due course as it wilted and died. Should he learn to love a woman and earn her love in return before the last petal of the rose fell off (which would be 6mths from his birthday), the enchantment would be broken, and he and his servants would regain human form. If he was not able to love before this time, the transformation would be permanent.
